Single Queen Cabin #3 w/ Small Kitchen & Carport

I found your facility very comfortable for the second year in a row. Your amenities are great what you provide for us in a community room answers all of our needs every year. We plan to continue using your facility and hope we can fill it to the level desire by you each and every year the privacy, the quietness, the cleanliness of the facilities was simply outstanding. I do like the keyless entry in the ability to actually grab a physical key if need be. The only suggestion I would make is to consider having small brooms and dust pans available in the rooms so that when we’re staying there for a couple of days and there’s rain like we had this year we would be able to keep our rooms to a clean level for one our comfort, and then too as part of the light cleanup that we would all do before we left out and handed the rooms over to your Cleaning! team. I want to thank you for what you do for us every year.

Nice stay. TV was a little difficult, but other than that everything was great.

We've stayed at River Trail Cottages for several years now whenever we visit Kerrville. The rooms are always clean and the location is right on the river and convenient to everything in Kerrville.

Very clean facility. Thanks. Comfortable. No noise, but the heater. A little unusual noise. Right size for my needs.

Easy check in and checkout. Clean cottage. Nothing was missing or damaged in the cottage. Pleased.
